  • 1.The pump should be installed the place where is convenient for repairing and changing.b.The pump should be installed in a covered place,
    2.The pump should be installed with the shaft in horizontal plane ,inversion and vertical installation is not allowed.
    3.The arrowhead on the pump must be the same as the fluid direction.
    4.The pump must be installed in firm ground,and must befitted with creepage protector.f.The pump must used within the rated voltage range.
    5.The pump is water lubricated,dry working is not allowed.
    6.The cable in the terminal box must have radian,to prevent outside water coming in along the cable.
    7.lf this product is used in home,please take measure to prevent humidity or water drop to wood floor or other goods that easy to destroy by humidity or water.
    8.When this product is used in heating system,please don't touch,avoiding scalding.The cable can bear high temperature.
    9.The rotating direction of this pump is confirmed,every time after repairing the pumps,please make sure the to keep the direction as before.

  • Read instruction carefully before installation. Installation of power and pipe fit the local and international code. All metal pipe and electrical machinery must have ground wire. All ground wire not less than electrical cable's standard. The outside power wire must thicker than electrical machinery power guiding wire. The interface must be sealing airtight. Use the rate voltage.If the voltage change, electrical machinery stop working. To reduce danger of power shock,don't connect power wire at work or in the water. No use pump in swimming area.
     
  • 1. The maximum deep is allowed in water is 5m from its center of impeller;

  • 1. Each electric pump should be with grounding sign, and be properly grounded. It should be installed leakage protector in the power supply circuit.
     2.Do not pull the cable (power cable) forcefully, avoid leakage due to the cable breakage.3.Do not touch it when pump is powered on. During use, do not wash, swim, or put live stock in the water near the working area. Be aware of accidents.
     4.Switch-off power supply firstly, if the pump requires maintenance or cleaning etc.5.Be sure to read the instruction carefully before operating the pump.
    Safety matters
    1. Forbidden to use wet hands and feet to push knife switch , pull the button, connect the cable or put the connector in wet place.
    2.Should be properly grounded.
    3.Put a warning board " Prevent electric shock" near the pump, after is is installed. During use, do not wash, swim, or put livestock in the water near the working area
     4.No matter what happens on electric pump, must be cut off the power supply, then check it to avoid accidents.
     5.Check the motor winding regularly with a 500v megohmmeter. The insulation resistance to ground shall not be less than 50M9, or need to be stopped and repair.

  • 1. Grounding wire before use can avoid electric shock caused by abnormal electrical insulation or short circuit of power supply.
     
    For your safety, avoid the danger of electric shock, please pay attention to the power plug do not get wet.
     
    Notes for Grounding Wire:
     
    Connect the grounding wire after closing the power supply.
     
    Do not connect with gas pipe, otherwise it will cause explosion.
     
     
     
    2. Avoid using it when it is dry and waterless.
     
    Anhydrous operation will shorten the service life of the pump and cause motor failure.
     
     
     
    3. Be careful not to use pumps for liquids other than water
     
    In addition to water, if used in gasoline, gasoline and other flammable liquids, high viscosity liquids and other solvents, there will be fire hazards, shorten the service life of the pump.
     
     
     
    5. Avoid using the pump when the ambient temperature exceeds 40C, below - 10C and hot water exceeds 40C. Otherwise, the service life of the pump will be shortened.
     
     
     
    6. Avoiding the use of pumps under direct sunlight or rainwater will shorten the service life of pumps.
     
     
     
    7. When the pump is installed in a suction well, sand filtration is first needed to prevent impeller damage in a short time, reduce pumping pressure and reduce pumping water volume.
     
     
     
    8. The permissible voltage of the pump is +10% of the rated voltage. If it exceeds this range, the service life of the pump will be shortened.
     
    When the pump is used repeatedly for a long time, because of the adhesion and solidification of dirt and dirt in the pump, even if the power supply is connected, the motor may not work. In this case, turn off the power supply, then turn the shaft behind the motor several times with a screwdriver or something similar, and then the pump can be used normally.

    1.Examine the power link constantly.If there are breakages or scratches,replace it Without delay. 2.After normally operating 2,000 hours,the pump should be kept in repair and maintaining by following procedures: Demounting: Examine every component which is easy to be broken,such as,deep groove ball bearings,mechanical seals.Framework oil seal,the O-rings of all parts.Exchanging oil:screw the oi-filling off bolt outside the hydro-cylinder,and then fill with 10# machinery oil to the 70%-80% of the container. (The10#machinery oil can be replaced by edible peanut oil ) Gas-pressure test: After demounting to repair or changing seal ring,it is necessary to do gas-pressure test.The pressure in test should be 0.2 MPa and there shouldn't be leaking and cutting in five minutes. 3.If the pump would not be used for a long time,it shouldn't be soaking in water.The correct way is operating several minutes in clean water,rubbing it to dry and do some anti-rusted disposing.

    1. If the electric pump not used for a long time,, it should be run in clean water for a few minutes and clean mud both inside and outside pump. Remove the pipes and joints, drain the water in the pump, and put it in a dry and ventilated place. 2. Disassembly the bearing chamber every 2000 hours of operation, to replace the grease.3. Pay attention to cleaning the inlet and outlet regularly to prevent clogging and prevent filter damage. 4. Be careful to carry and install the electric pump to prevent the damage of pump body,motor housing, and to prevent to damage of cable(power cord) 5. If the pump not used for a long time, it should be tested before installing , if not start,generally due to long-time no use of the shaft, rotating parts stuck cause of corrosion , must be repaired after exclusion, then can re-use.

    When there is risking of freezing,empty the pump through the drain plug on bottom of the pump body.When ambient temperature becomes favorable,prime it again and start.Clean the foot valve at regular intervals.If the pump is to remain unused for long.It is advisable to make it empty completely,rinse it with clean water and store a dry place.If the shaft does not turn freely,release it using a screw driven inserting in the special slot.If is not sufficient to resolve the problem,remove the body,undo the mounting bolt,and clean it to remove any encrustation.
